• Football Game --- WHS vs. Cummings
• Plan to arrive at the WHS stadium around 6:30 to welcome everyone and pick up an information packet
• Look for the black and gold balloons at the registration table on the home side of the stadium (near the senior parking lot)
• Children welcome at the ballgame and will get in free
• Ticket price for ballgame included in total cost for weekend
• We are planning an after-party at a bar following the ballgame --- the location will be announced closer to the weekend

Saturday, September 13, 2003

• Dinner/ Dance at Best Western
• Cocktails will start around 7:00pm in the Courtyard
• Buffet Dinner will be served at 8:00
• DJ will play music from the 80’s to the present until 1:00am
• Cocktail attire
• Cash Bar
• Door Prizes
• No children please

Cost is $50 per person for the weekend events, or $100 per couple

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Best Western for a special price of $55 per night (call 336.584.0151 for reservations)
